Mike was very sweet and I enjoyed talking with him, he helped me figure out what’s in my budget and what I can get without going broke haha. There was one younger person in the helmet/jacket shop that was watching TikTok on the company computer and when I asked him a question he gave me a one word answer and ignored me, but when I came back Mike and another person helped me figure out what I needed instead.

Huge thank you to the Service Dept at Fay Myers. I purchased my Polaris 1000 ATV in 2021, and purchased the Extended Warranty and Service Plan. All the details of what happened are not really important, but it all comes back to valuing your customers and Fay Myers showed that in how they handled my problems. Justin was my Service Advisor and he kept me informed during the process of getting my ATV repaired properly. Sure it’s a bummer to have a problem, but it would have been very costly had I not bought the Extended Warranty and Service Plan, so with them doing all the service along the way, it worked out great! Also Billy the Service Manager went out of his way to help me in every way.! So if you are in the market for ATV, UTV I highly recommend the Fay Myers Motorcycle World!
